I offer a highly supportive package and use comforting and practical techniques to instil confidence within your family, resulting in your sleep goals being met and challenges overcome.
I use a step by step method that is gentle and does not leave your baby to ‘cry it out’. We can tailor it to suit your preferred approach, whether that be implementing change gradually or moving at a faster pace.
How Does It Work?
We have an initial 15 minute Discovery Call - let’s meet and make sure I am the right Sleep Consultant for you.
You will complete a 3-4 day diary (I will send you a template) of your little one’s routine, which I will review within 24 hours.
We discuss how your personalised Sleep Programme will work, ensuring that you feel happy, confident and excited to take the next step!
We have a one hour consultation - I will advise where changes can be made and go through what plan will suit you best to overcome your battles.
Your 3 weeks support starts on the evening you start your programme - we will continually review progress and celebrate success together!
‘Sound Asleep’ Package - £325
Your goal may be a calm bedtime routine, it may be having your little one in their own room, it may be feeding less through the night - whatever your current challenges are, I can help you.
Our initial 15 minute Discovery Call gives us both the opportunity to ‘meet’ each other, to discuss the challenges you are currently experiencing with your little one's sleep and to make sure that I am the right Sleep Consultant for you.
Following our call, I will send over a template and ask you to complete a 3-4 day diary so that I get a clear picture of your little one’s routine - this will include feeds, play, naps, night time sleep. This enables me to identify any areas that we can work on and to assess what changes may need to be implemented.
Once you have completed the diary for me, I will review it within 24 hours and we will then have a one hour consultation to discuss what’s currently working well and where we can implement gentle changes to overcome your obstacles. As part of the review I will determine which method is best suited to you and your family.

Your 3 weeks support starts on the night that you decide to start the plan; we can set this date together. Many families notice a difference within the first week, however as we all know, every baby and toddler are different. Feel free to WhatsApp, voice note, schedule a call - whatever works for you, your family and however you are most comfortable in communicating.
I will be available during waking hours via WhatsApp to troubleshoot, review progress and celebrate success with you!
