About Me

I’m Emma — a certified Infant Sleep Consultant based in Tunbridge Wells, offering remote support to families across the UK and worldwide. As a mum of two and a specialist in gentle sleep solutions for babies and toddlers aged 6 months to 4 years, I’m passionate about helping parents feel supported and confident through their child’s sleep challenges.

After 16 years in the property industry, I moved into childcare and quickly saw the transformational effect that responsive sleep coaching can have on family life. Now, I work with parents to create personalised, nurturing sleep plans that respect both your child’s needs and your family’s values — without any ‘cry it out’ or harsh methods.
